Initiate Request
Log into your Pothys account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to submit your request.
Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original silk marks, price tags, and packaging intact for a successful inspection.
Pickup and Logistics
Once approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 48 hours to collect the package and provide a return tracking receipt.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality verification, your refund or exchange credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
